Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, implementing strategic hiring plans, establishing employer branding initiatives, and conducting interviews to assess potential candidates. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to build a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in Hiring strategies and processes
• Experience in creating and managing Employer Branding initiatives
• Strong Interviewing and assessment skills
• Advanced skills in Recruiting using various platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
