Role Description

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Gulf Arabic (Kuwaiti, or similar dialects), with excellent communication skills in both speaking and typing, and a passion for delivering a seamless luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across all platforms (WhatsApp, social media, website chat, etc.)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
• Contact customers to confirm or retrieve order details
• Assist with delivery updates, order tracking, and general inquiries
• Accurately register and manage orders within our system
• Maintain a consistent, high-end tone of communication aligned with Fiorito’s brand
• Manage multiple conversations efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Fluency in English and Gulf Arabic (spoken & written, Kuwaiti dialect preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle customer interactions with care and professionalism
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Previous experience in flowers, luxury gifting, retail, or related industries is highly advantageous
