Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Customer Success Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving support requests promptly, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas to improve, maintaining clear communication channels with clients, and advocating for their needs within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Support, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and provide insights for process improvement
- Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
