Role Description

The B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the luxury holiday home rental market. Daily tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting property tours, negotiating agreements, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This contract role is based on-site in Cairo and requires proactive engagement with potential clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including ability to achieve targets and close deals
• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the luxury real estate and hospitality industries is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
