We are looking for a visionary Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our entire supply chain ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels at balancing operational efficiency with innovative growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehousing: Overseeing storage operations, inventory control, and maximizing warehouse efficiency.
Planning: Leading demand forecasting, capacity planning, and driving the S&OP processes.
Purchasing: Developing procurement strategies, vendor management, and high-level cost negotiations.
Logistics & Import Operations: Managing customs clearance, import regulations, and inbound logistics.
Fleet Management: Optimizing transportation assets, route planning, and fleet performance.
Product Management: Partnering on SKU lifecycle management, availability, and successful product launches.
R&D Coordination: Aligning innovation pipelines with supply chain capabilities to support the R&D department.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the supply chain.
Strong expertise in managing diverse functions from procurement to logistics.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
