Role Description

The Production Process Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and increase operational productivity. This is a full-time position based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include evaluating existing processes, implementing process improvements, developing business process workflows, and collaborating across teams to optimize operational strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement practices
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize workflows and systems
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly
• Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements
• Familiarity with AI, IoT, and manufacturing technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in process analysis within manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries is an advantage
