Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an HR Team Lead with a focus on Talent Acquisition. The HR Team Lead will be responsible for building and scaling HR functions, including recruiting and hiring processes, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing personnel management. The role involves acting as a key partner to management while driving initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and optimize team performance.
Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in HR Management and overall Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience in Personnel Management, including team organization and development
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with HR software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and regulations
