Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ismailia for an Import Specialist. The Import Specialist will manage day-to-day import operations, including handling documentation, coordinating with international suppliers, and ensuring compliance with import-export regulations. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, communicating with customs and logistics teams, and resolving any import-related issues to ensure timely delivery. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support international trade objectives and maintain seamless supply chain operations.
Qualifications

• Knowledge of Import and Export processes and regulations
• Experience in International Trade and Import-Export operations
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to manage communication with suppliers and stakeholders effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in documentation and regulatory compliance for international shipments
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking shipments and managing imports
• Experience in working with multinational teams is a plus
• Strong understanding of import duties, clearance processes, and documentation requirements
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
