Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate staff.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in production management software and ERP/MRP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
