Job Description

This role is ideal for an early-career engineering graduate with strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills who wants to build a career in construction procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Prepare and compare supplier quotations, technical submittals, and commercial offers.

Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.

Support purchase order preparation and follow up on approvals.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.

Monitor material delivery status and coordinate with logistics/site teams.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project requirements.

Assist in cost control by identifying competitive suppliers and value-engineering opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in procurement, construction, or engineering coordination.

Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Good knowledge of construction materials and project procurement processes is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software.

Knowledge of supplier coordination and quotation comparison.
