Job Description

Social Media Manager, Content Creator & Digital Growth Specialist

Position Overview

Rehab Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager & Digital Growth Specialist to lead the center’s digital presence and brand awareness across all online platforms.

This position is not limited to posting content on social media. The primary objective is to establish Rehab Medical Center as one of the leading healthcare providers in New Cairo by increasing public awareness, strengthening trust within the community, attracting new patients, and supporting the growth of all medical services offered by the center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, producing professional visual content, improving online visibility through SEO, and generating measurable growth in patient engagement and appointment bookings.

Our Goals

The primary targets of this position are:

Increase awareness of Rehab Medical Center and its medical services.

Build trust and credibility with residents of Rehab City and surrounding communities.

Increase patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and service utilization.

Strengthen the online reputation of the center.

Improve visibility on Google search results for healthcare-related searches.

Promote the center’s advanced medical capabilities, including emergency services, intensive care, radiology, laboratory services, specialty clinics, and home healthcare services.

Position the center’s physicians and consultants as trusted medical authorities in their specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with the center’s business objectives.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend campaigns to increase patient acquisition.

Monitor competitors and healthcare market trends.

Social Media Management

Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.

Create monthly content calendars covering all departments and services.

Ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.

Respond to messages and comments or coordinate responses with the appropriate departments.

Content Creation & Storytelling

Develop educational, promotional, and awareness content.

Highlight patient success stories, physician expertise, new technologies, medical campaigns, and community initiatives.

Produce content that strengthens public confidence in the center.

Photography & Videography

Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos and photographs.

Create:

Reels and short-form videos.

Physician interviews.

Medical awareness campaigns.

Behind-the-scenes content.

Service demonstrations.

Patient testimonials (with consent).

Deliver content optimized for each platform.

SEO & Website Growth

Improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.

Optimize service pages and medical content.

Conduct keyword research related to healthcare services.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile.

Increase organic website traffic and patient leads.

Online Reputation Management

Monitor and respond to online reviews.

Improve patient satisfaction visibility online.

Identify and address reputation risks.

Advertising Campaigns

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok.

Optimize advertising budgets for maximum return.

Generate measurable leads and appointment requests.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The employee will be evaluated based on:

Increase in social media followers.

Increase in engagement rate.

Growth in video views and reach.

Increase in website traffic.

Patient Acquisition Metrics

Number of appointment requests generated through digital channels.

Number of patient inquiries received through social media and website.

Cost per lead and campaign performance.

SEO Metrics

Improvement in Google rankings.

Increase in organic website visitors.

Growth in Google Business Profile interactions.

Content Production Metrics

Minimum 15–20 professionally edited reels per month.

Regular photography and coverage of center activities.

Timely execution of content calendar.

Expected Outcome

Within 12 months, the successful candidate should significantly improve the digital visibility of Rehab Medical Center, strengthen community trust, increase patient engagement, and contribute directly to measurable growth in patient volume and revenue through digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Education

Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Creation, or Video Editing are preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Previous experience in healthcare, medical centers, hospitals, or healthcare marketing is highly preferred.

Proven track record of growing social media accounts and generating measurable business results.

Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page SEO, and local SEO.

Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

Content Creation Skills

Professional photography and videography skills.

Ability to independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and reels.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.

Ability to create engaging medical and healthcare-related content.

Personal Skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Professional appearance and conduct when interacting with physicians, patients, and management.

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare marketing.

Experience managing Google Maps and online reputation management.

Knowledge of patient acquisition strategies and healthcare consumer behavior.

Ability to conduct interviews and create physician-focused content.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services.

Additional Requirements

Must own or be proficient in using professional photography and video equipment.

Ability to cover events, workshops, physician interviews, and marketing campaigns inside and outside the medical center.

Ability to work flexible hours when required for content production and event coverage.

Portfolio demonstrating previous social media campaigns, videos, photography, and marketing achievements is required.
