Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in El Mansoura for a Founder at كواليتو Qualito. The Founder will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy of the organization, driving business growth, leading cross-functional teams, and establishing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include decision-making on operations, managing resources, overseeing product or service development, and representing the company to stakeholders and investors. Additionally, the Founder will ensure alignment with company goals and maintain the organization’s values and mission.

• Proven leadership and entrepreneurial skills, with experience managing teams and driving business success
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with a strong vision for growth and innovation
• Skills in business development, networking, and establishing partnerships
• Proficiency in financial management and resource allocation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Understanding of market trends and industry dynamics with problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Experience with product or service development is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
