Job Summary
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our online presence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our digital storefronts and our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining our websites and e-commerce platforms, keeping inventory and product listings accurate, processing orders efficiently, and providing top-tier support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Website Management: Maintain, update, and optimize our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon , Noon ) and company websites.
Product & Inventory Control: Upload new products (including writing descriptions and uploading images), update pricing, and monitor stock levels to ensure real-time accuracy.
Order Fulfillment: Manage the daily flow of incoming orders from all platforms, ensuring they are processed and prepared for shipping accurately.
Customer Support & Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat. Sincerely handle and resolve issues regarding orders, returns, refunds, and shipping delays.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating website backends, basic content management systems (CMS), and inventory software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm, empathetic approach to customer service.
Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail (no one wants typos in product prices!).
