Technical Sales Engineer (3 Open Positions)
Location: 6th of October, Sadat Industrial Areas
OR 10th of Ramadan Industrial Areas

LUBEMASTER is a leading provider of industrial lubrication solutions and the authorized distributor of Chevron products in Egypt.
We help industrial facilities improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and productivity through premium lubricants, technical expertise, and reliability-focused solutions.
We are currently hiring 3 Technical Sales Engineers to join our growing commercial team.
Each engineer will be assigned a dedicated territory and will play a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable lubrication products and industrial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support commercial negotiations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, or a related commercial role.
• Willingness to work in industrial zones (6th of October, Sadat, OR 10th of Ramadan).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Own car is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Proven track record of target achievement in sales roles.
