Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Paid Social Media Buyer with a proven background in e-commerce. You will lead our paid advertising efforts, managing substantial budgets exclusively across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat). Your sole focus is to optimize for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), lower CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and scale our e-commerce campaigns to drive direct revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Paid Social Buying: Plan, set up, and manage high-budget campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Managers specifically for e-commerce conversion goals.
- Aggressive Optimization: Daily monitoring of campaign performance, managing bids, testing new audiences/placements, and optimizing ad sets to maximize sales.
- Conversion Tracking: Implement and maintain tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, CAPI) to ensure accurate attribution and sales tracking.
- Data-Backed Reporting: Present clear, concise reports on key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate). You must be able to explain why a campaign succeeded or failed based on the data.
- Creative Strategy: Partner with our design team by providing data-driven briefs for high-converting e-commerce creatives (UGC, static, and dynamic product ads).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in paid social media buying, with a mandatory background in managing successful e-commerce ad campaigns.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager. You understand the nuances of machine learning bidding and campaign scaling for online stores.
- Analytical Prowess: You are obsessed with data. You have advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and reporting.
- Platform Fluency: Strong understanding of current platform algorithms and how to stay ahead of tracking changes and policy updates.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Result-Oriented: A proven history of managing budgets and delivering consistent, scalable results in a fast-paced environment.
