Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, supporting daily operations and ensuring a well-organized office environment. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining records and files. The Administrative Assistant will handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, greet visitors, and provide professional front-desk support. The role also involves preparing documents and reports, assisting with data entry, and supporting executive and departmental administrative needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members across the organization, maintain confidentiality, and help streamline administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a business environment.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and basic record keeping.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with digital calendars and email tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a collaborative, respectful, and service-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; experience in agriculture, investment, or export businesses is a plus.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
