Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offshore Workforce Specialist located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Offshore Workforce Specialist will manage daily workforce planning, development, and optimization processes to ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, preparing forecasts, and communicating effectively with team members to manage workflows and address workforce-related challenges. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain peak productivity and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workforce Management, including planning and maintaining optimized workflows
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to foster effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Workforce Planning and Workforce Development initiatives
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in workforce management tools and related software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
