🎯 Job Purpose:

To effectively communicate with clients across various social media platforms, promptly handle inquiries, and successfully convert potential leads into actual registrations for our training programs, while maintaining a professional image that reflects our brand identity.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Provide fast, professional, and engaging responses to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.

Lead Conversion: Smartly handle potential customers and convert inquiries into actual registrations for training courses.

Daily Follow-ups: Conduct organized, daily follow-ups with leads until the registration process is fully completed.

Course Explanation: Clearly and persuasively explain training courses, special offers, and available packages.

Objection Handling: Tactfully manage customer objections regarding prices, course timings, or hesitation before registration.

Team Coordination: Work as a team player, coordinating closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Data Organization: Maintain precise and detail-oriented records of customer data and follow-up histories.

💼 Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in Social Media Moderation, customer service, or online sales.

Market Knowledge: High ability to deal with Saudi customers and fully understand the appropriate communication style for the Saudi market.

Preferred Background: Previous experience in the training, education, courses, or learning institutes field is highly preferred.

Core Skills:

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills (persuasive without being pushy or aggressive).

High level of patience when handling repeated inquiries.

Quick-thinking, committed, disciplined, and punctual.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily targets.

Professional writing style suitable for corporate communication.

🎓 Academic & Training Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce, Arts, or related fields).

Preferred Courses & Certifications (A Strong Plus):

Customer service, sales, or online sales courses.

Digital marketing or social media training.

Communication and persuasion skills courses.

Practical training on Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems or lead follow-up tools.
