wokring hours: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

 Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the marketing team.
* Manage and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and requirements.
* Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the marketing team, including media buyers, graphic designers, content writers, and video editors.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
* Organize project timelines, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency.
* Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and clients regarding project status and updates.
* Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
* Ensure all marketing campaigns and deliverables are executed according to approved strategies and timelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Account Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and marketing team functions.
* Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
