Job Description
Smart Life is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chat Technical Support Engineer to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert technical assistance via chat to ensure seamless operation of our systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Deliver exceptional technical assistance via chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user inquiries and technical issues.
- System Implementation: Lead the installation, configuration, and setup of company systems for new and existing clients.
- User Training: Conduct effective training sessions to ensure clients are fully proficient in utilizing our software features.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides to improve self-service capabilities.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot and enhance the technical infrastructure and network configurations of our users to ensure seamless performance.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the development team by reporting recurring software issues and providing insights for product improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Accounting.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in technical support, preferably within an ERP or accounting software environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
– Deep understanding of Accounting Systems (ERP) workflows.
– Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software troubleshooting, and networking.
– Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary software and technical systems. - Soft Skills:
– Exceptional Written Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely via chat.
– Problem-Solving: A analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues under pressure.
– Professionalism: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
– Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a 100% remote working environment.
