Job Description

  • “We are looking for a energetic and organized Social Media Moderator & Customer Service Specialist to join our young team at Sebaka Shop. In this role, you will be the main voice of our brand, handling all customer inquiries across digital platforms and phone calls, ensuring fast, accurate pricing, and converting inquiries into sales.”

Requirements

  • Gender: Females only.
  • Location: Prefers candidates residing near the company’s branches.
  • Learning Agility: High ability and willingness to learn quickly about plumbing and sanitary ware products
  • Experience: 0–1 years of experience in social media moderation, customer service, or indoor sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, fast typing, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with managing WhatsApp Business and Facebook Page Inbox.
