JD :
- Have a signature for all in going communications and direct communication with the PM.
- Execute works in compliance with contract specs, project design and as within approved baseline.
- Ensure all contract documents, work and quality procedures are in the latest approved revision.
- Coordinate all jobsite activities ,including actions of VK, subcontractors, suppliers, PM and client from commencement to close out of the project.
- Coordinate and manage approved construction methods, shop drawings, material and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with contractor to identify, where possible, the construction solutions, methodologies.
- Maintains client relationship as primary contact for client’s communication with field activities.
- Represents role model ethically & technically for his team and a good image for the firm.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience.
- A healthcare background is preferable.
- Previous experience in a Consultancy firm is preferable.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
