JD : 

• Have a signature for all in going communications and direct communication with the PM.
• Execute works in compliance with contract specs, project design and as within approved baseline.
• Ensure all contract documents, work and quality procedures are in the latest approved revision.
• Coordinate all jobsite activities ,including actions of VK, subcontractors, suppliers, PM and client from commencement to close out of the project.
• Coordinate and manage approved construction methods, shop drawings, material and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor to identify, where possible, the construction solutions, methodologies.
• Maintains client relationship as primary contact for client’s communication with field activities.
• Represents role model ethically & technically for his team and a good image for the firm.
