Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Porter role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, supporting kitchen staff, and assisting with the setup and teardown of events. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring facilities and equipment are in proper order, assisting with storage and delivery of supplies, and interacting with staff and customers in a professional manner to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and foster positive interactions with both team members and guests
• Experience in Gatekeeping tasks such as monitoring deliveries and managing access to facilities
• Basic knowledge or background in Training and Education practices to support colleagues and adapt to service requirements
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Physical ability to lift and carry supplies as part of daily tasks
