- Collaborate closely with F&B department heads to optimize menu pricing, portion control, and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and internal controls, safeguarding company assets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost management and operational efficiency.

- Demonstrated mastery of financial accounting principles and practices, with a strong understanding of P&L management and budgeting.
