Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cost control policies and procedures tailored for the F&B sector.
• Monitor and analyze all F&B costs, including food, beverage, labor, and operational expenses, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Manage inventory control systems, conduct regular stock takes, and optimize purchasing strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with F&B department heads to optimize menu pricing, portion control, and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and internal controls, safeguarding company assets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost management and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-20 years of progressive experience in a dedicated Cost Control, Accounting, or Finance role within the Hospitality/Hotels/Food Services sector is absolutely essential.
• Proven expertise in advanced Cost Control methodologies, specifically within a high-volume F&B environment.
• Demonstrated mastery of financial accounting principles and practices, with a strong understanding of P&L management and budgeting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing processes and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all levels of management and staff.
