Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Human Resources & Admin Associate. The role involves managing daily HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle activities, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR & Admin Associate will also be responsible for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end medical insurance process, including employee enrollment, deletion, renewals, claims, reimbursements, policy administration, and coordination with insurance providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding medical insurance inquiries, approvals, network updates, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations, periodic medical assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and follow-up on medical clearances as required.
- Monitor employee attendance, sick leave records, and medical-related absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and recommending appropriate actions when necessary.
- Maintain and update employee records, medical documentation, health certificates, licenses, and other personnel files while ensuring data accuracy within HR systems.
- Support HR operations by handling employee requests, preparing HR letters, coordinating onboarding activities, and maintaining employee documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, healthcare providers, and external government entities to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports and analytics related to medical insurance utilization, employee health programs, HR administration activities, and cost management initiatives.
- Coordinate employee wellness programs, annual health campaigns, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare initiatives to promote employee well-being.
- Support HR and administrative projects, policy implementation, process improvements, audits, and any other operational requirements assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Administration with hands-on experience managing medical insurance processes end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, medical insurance policies, and healthcare provider coordination.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
