Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and approach potential partners to introduce Recruitera’s ATS solutions.
- Conduct product demos and communicate the value of our platform in improving recruitment workflows.
- Manage renewals, upselling, and client retention efforts to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align client feedback with product improvements.
- Support the business in meeting sales, growth, and client success goals.
- Ensure all client requests and communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong research skills and an initiator mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for HR tech, SaaS products, and helping businesses optimize their recruitment processes.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Experience using CRM system, Apollo/Lead Generation tools is a BIG plus.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or SaaS sales is highly preferred.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
