– Performed testing in QA, Stage, and Production Launch Verification Environments

– Studied Business requirement documents, Functional specification Documents, and Design documents to design test-related documents

– Built and maintained Traceability matrix to map the test cases with the requirements

– Supported trouble sites to mitigate obstacles and foster successful client delivery

– Executed functional, integration, and regression testing for various modules of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the software.

– Developed and maintained detailed test cases, ensuring adequate test coverage based on business and functional requirements.

– Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify defects, provided comprehensive bug reports, and worked closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.

– Conducted root cause analysis of defects and worked on improving test processes to enhance product quality.

– Supported project teams during deployment and post-release, ensuring smooth product transitions and early identification of issues.

– Medical Knowledge in Lab Tests and Results Interpretation

– Knowledge of Analyzers and communication  troubleshooting 
– Knowledge in Front Desk Operation 
– Knowledge of the claiming Process 
– Handling Lab Incidents (workload, furious customers, …)
–  Knowledge of software and OS & Troubleshooting 
– Communication skills and Temper management 
– Commitment to the needed Rules in the chemist support Job
