Job Description

  • Handle all incoming customer inquiries  in-person regarding real estate properties.
  • Provide detailed information on available units, prices, payment plans, and project features.
  • Coordinate property viewings and site visits for potential clients.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all real estate projects and availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Assist in the sales process by following up on leads and supporting sales agents when needed.
  • Prepare and send necessary documentation such as quotations, booking forms, and contracts.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Support the administration of reservations, down payments, and related follow-up processes.
  • Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
