Job Description
- Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Strengthen and maintain the university brand.
- Communications & Public Relations
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Oversee media relations and institutional messaging.
- Digital Marketing
- Lead digital campaigns, social media, website, and online advertising.
- Drive lead generation and student recruitment.
- Events Management
- Oversee university events, exhibitions, open days, and ceremonies.
- Ensure successful event execution and brand visibility.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team across all functions.
- Set objectives, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Performance & Budget Management
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, communications, and event management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
