Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, screen, and hire top talent for various roles. The role also involves developing and enhancing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met, while cultivating a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, referrals, field sourcing)
  • Screen and interview candidates efficiently
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with operational needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives targeting blue-collar talent
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience 

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment (must)
  • Experience in high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Preferred :

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Wuzzuf, Facebook groups, and referrals
