Job Title: Sales Manager (Electronics & Mobile Accessories)

Location: Nasr City (Makram Ebeid), Cairo. (Candidates living nearby are highly preferred).

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within Electronics, Tech, or Mobile Accessories.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Drive and achieve the brand’s monthly and annual sales targets for both the retail store and electronic brand products.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Manage, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and product display.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

Monitor stock levels of high-demand mobile accessories and tech products, coordinating with the purchasing team to avoid shortages.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help introduce new electronic products.

Strong leadership, team building, and people management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Solid understanding of mobile accessory trends, brands, and tech specs.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and retail POS systems.

Very good command of both Arabic and English.
