• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in school counseling or related roles, preferably within an educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
• Understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health issues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics
• Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding policies
