Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Senior Site Architect. The Senior Site Architect will oversee the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing design plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical guidance, supervising on-site work quality, and resolving any design or construction challenges. The role involves managing integration of different project components and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and Integration processes
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local codes and building standards in Egypt
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of material specifications and construction techniques is a plus
