We are seeking an experienced IT Release & Change Management Lead to drive and govern the end-to-end release and change management processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all IT changes are planned, assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented in a controlled manner while minimizing business disruption and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT Change and Release Management processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and best practices.
  • Review, assess, prioritize, and coordinate Requests for Change (RFCs) across multiple business and IT functions.
  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and oversee technical assessments, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Develop and maintain release plans, schedules, and deployment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and resource requirements for successful release delivery.
  • Coordinate change implementation, testing, deployment, and rollback activities.
  • Monitor change success rates, report on key metrics, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication of planned changes and releases to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of releases and changes.
  • Promote a strong Change Management culture and adherence to IT governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience within IT Service Management environments.
  • Strong expertise in Change, Release, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management processes.
  • Experience facilitating CAB meetings and managing enterprise-scale change initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and version control tools.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
