We’re hiring: Competency & Learning Experience Development Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong experience in instructional design, competency framework development, and learning solution architecture to join our growing team in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing end-to-end learning journeys aligned with business outcomes and client needs

• Developing blended learning solutions using classroom, e-learning, OJT, and assessment methodologies

• Building and refining competency frameworks with behavioral indicators and proficiency levels

• Collaborating closely with SMEs, client stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions

• Developing competency diagnostics, assessment tools, and gap analysis instruments

• Applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices across all deliverables

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in instructional design or learning solution design

• Experience working with SMEs in technical industries

• Strong background in competency mapping and framework development

• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies

• Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred
