Radi Farms is looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Content Creator to join our marketing team.

We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into content that stops people mid-scroll, tells compelling stories, and helps grow a brand people genuinely connect with.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative content concepts aligned with our marketing goals and brand strategy.
• Write compelling Arabic and English copy.
• Plan and contribute to content calendars and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring ideas to life.
• Participate in content shoots and help execute creative concepts.
• Support the development and execution of UGC and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with creators and influencers to generate authentic, high-performing content.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to our brand voice.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.

• Have strong storytelling and copywriting skills.

• Know how to blend creativity with strategy.
• Are passionate about food, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.
• Have a sharp eye for details, tone, and aesthetics.
• Are self-motivated, take initiative, and can manage multiple projects.
• Understand SEO fundamentals and how to optimize content for visibility and reach.
• Can analyze content performance and engagement metrics to improve results.
• Understand the differences between brand content, UGC, and influencer content, and know how to leverage each effectively.
• Have a good understanding of influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Are comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving your work.
• Are excited to grow with a brand that values creativity and innovation.

🔹 Extra Points If You:
• Have worked with food, hospitality, lifestyle, or FMCG brands.
• Have experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social media analytics.
• Have basic photography, videography, or content production knowledge.

🔹 Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work are required.
