🚀 We’re Hiring “Documentation & Knowledge Management Specialist” (Remote – Egypt) 🚀

Zone a market leader in IT services, is excited to expand its team! We are looking for a talented Documentation & Knowledge Management Specialist with experience in technical writing and desktop publishing to join our growing team!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and enhance the company’s documentation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will oversee documentation standards, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring all business and technical content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📌 Documentation Development

– Create, maintain, and improve:

Sales proposals (technical, financial, and commercial)

Product guides, manuals, and release documentation

Policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, templates, and official correspondence

SLAs, PMO/project documentation, and knowledge base content

📌 Governance & Knowledge Management

-Own and govern the company’s documentation framework

-Manage document lifecycle, version control, approvals, publishing, and archiving

-Maintain repositories and knowledge bases

-Ensure compliance with documentation and branding standards

📌 Standards & Quality

– Develop writing guidelines, style guides, and templates

-Ensure consistency in content, structure, formatting, and presentation

-Apply desktop publishing best practices

-Continuously improve documentation quality and processes

📌 Collaboration

– Work with Sales, Product, PMO, Operations, HR, Finance, and Technical teams

-Gather information, facilitate reviews, and manage documentation updates

🎯 Requirements

-5+ years of experience in technical writing, business documentation, knowledge management, or related fields.

-Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content structuring skills

-Experience writing policies, procedures, SOPs, manuals, proposals, and project documentation

– Experience creating templates, style guides, and documentation standards

-Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms

Strong stakeholder management, organization, and attention to detail

-Experience with document control, version management, and documentation governance.
