Responsibilities:

• Support the design team in creating visually engaging content across digital and offline channels, including social media, app assets, presentations, marketing materials, and branding projects.

• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual executions based on campaign briefs and business objectives.

• Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to help elevate Halan’s visual identity.

• Support photo editing, image retouching, and asset preparation for production.

• Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries to ensure efficient team workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative outputs align with business and brand objectives.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance work is preferred.
