About The Role

We’re looking for Research Analysts to verify AI-generated information, dig into topics across every subject imaginable, and help ensure the AI systems shaping our world are built on a solid foundation of truth.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong research instincts and a sharp eye for accuracy. No specific academic background or prior AI experience required — just a methodical mind and a genuine commitment to getting things right.

What You’ll Do

• Research topics online and verify claims made by AI-generated content against reliable, authoritative sources
• Cross-reference AI outputs with credible references to identify factual errors, outdated information, or unsupported statements
• Document findings clearly and flag inaccuracies using structured evaluation formats
• Work across a broad and diverse range of subjects — science, history, culture, current events, technology, and more
• Rate the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs using provided evaluation frameworks
• Complete task-based assignments independently at your own pace and on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong research skills — you know how to find, evaluate, and trust the right sources
• Naturally skeptical and detail-oriented — you don’t take claims at face value
• Clear and concise written communicator who can document findings effectively
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on varied tasks
• Comfortable covering a wide range of topics without needing to be a specialist in any one area
• No prior AI, journalism, or professional research experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in research, journalism, academia, library science, or communications
• Experience with fact-checking, data verification, or investigative work
• Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows as an end user
