We’re Hiring Warehouses Section Head

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products.

• Plan and manage manpower allocation, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.

• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Planning teams to meet material requirements and delivery schedules.

• Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe and damage-free handling of goods.

• Implement and enforce warehouse layout optimization to improve space utilization and material flow.

• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards within warehouse areas.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean warehousing initiatives.

• Manage performance of warehouse staff, conduct training, and support team development.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports.

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 6–9 years of experience in warehouse operations within the manufacturing industry.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
