As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and quality-driven QC Section Head to lead our Quality Control team and ensure compliance with the highest quality and food safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise all Quality Control activities across raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Manage the QC team, ensuring effective task allocation, performance management, and continuous development.
• Oversee raw material inspections, in-process inspections, and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper sample preparation, testing procedures, and management of retained samples according to company standards.
• Coordinate with external laboratories for microbiological, chemical, and specialized testing when required.
• Follow up on production line quality performance and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize non-conformities.
• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Supervise and evaluate pest control programs and ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
• Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and KPI dashboards for management review.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control within the food manufacturing, herbs, spices, seeds, or agricultural processing industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, HACCP.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
