About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to support our enterprise clients and help ensure they get maximum value from our software solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working closely with Sales & Technical teams.

What You Will Do:

Assist in managing and supporting enterprise customers (CRM, ERP & IT Solutions)

Act as a primary support contact for day-to-day client requests

Understand client needs and escalate issues when necessary

Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups

Participate in client meetings and business reviews

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Track account performance and support upselling/cross-selling initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Basic understanding of CRM / ERP / IT solutions is a plus

Fluent in Arabic & English
