وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:

Job Purpose: To ensure the smooth implementation of project activities by managing daily operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing logistics. The role supports the timely execution of tasks, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures all activities align with the work plan and donor requirements. Through strong organizational skills and proactive communication, the Coordinator contributes to effective program delivery and the overall success of the project.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management and Workflow Optimization: Drive the daily operationalization of the program work plan, translating strategic milestones into detailed tactical schedules to ensure work packages are executed within scope and on timeline. Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine project activities (e.g., travel, procurement, event management) to ensure consistency and compliance. Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements across the program cycle.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Logistics: Oversee logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings across target countries, ensuring seamless execution. Coordinate multi-stakeholder communication across partners, donors, trainers, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration. Provide support to beneficiary groups (approximately 30 participants each), acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Reporting, Data and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Support: Aggregate and synthesize operational data for donor reporting, ensuring narrative accuracy and consistency with financial expenditures. Draft the “Activities and Operations” sections of quarterly reports. Collaborate with the M&E team to operate data collection tools during events (e.g., deploying surveys, managing focus group logistics). Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide the Team Leader with accurate data for decision-making.
  • Financial Support: Support grant budget management by tracking activity-related expenditures and ensuring alignment with the approved budget. Assist in preparing financial documentation required for donor reporting
  • Additional Related Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or a relevant field is required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience.

Skills:

  • Organizational: Excellent planning and time management skills; ability to multitask and handle ad-hoc requests.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Problem Solving: Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues.
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office and Zoom.
  • Interpersonal: Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with diverse teams.
