Job Description
A Total Quality Management (TQM) Expert responsible for implementing international quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and establishing performance monitoring systems to elevate educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Monitoring and auditing to track errors and the steps taken to address and correct them to ensure their continuity.
- Preparing the annual report for the General Directorate of Digital Transformation and Information Technology.
- Achieving continuous improvement in all elements and functions of the General Directorate of Digital Transformation and Information Technology.
- Creating a dashboard that illustrates the progress of ISO certifications, processes, and performance indicators.
- Developing performance indicators and steps taken for improvement.
- Preparing and implementing a training plan for digital transformation staff.
- Preparing and implementing a document for the governance of digital transformation and information technology and providing its requirements.
- Measuring the performance of digital services: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of digital services through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing user experiences to ensure the achievement of quality standards. Required.
- Preparing periodic reports: Providing detailed reports on the performance and quality of digital services, including improvement proposals.
- Developing integration plans: Designing and implementing systems integration strategies that facilitate the exchange of data and information between various university systems, such as human resources systems, admissions and registration systems, and e-learning systems.
- Designing an outstanding user experience: Collaborating with design and development teams to enhance user interfaces and ensure ease of interaction with digital services.
- Gathering user feedback: Organizing surveys and workshops to collect user feedback on digital services and analyzing their suggestions for improving performance and user experience.
- Analyzing digital service data: Using data analytics tools to understand how digital systems are used and identify areas that need improvement
- Compliance with DGA requirements.
