Job Description

• Lead medium to large-scale projects to ensure that project scope, budget, and timelines are met.
• Develop and create project plans using project management methodologies, setting measurable goals, defining project scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with departments to understand requirements and develop accurate project plans.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate their impact.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Effectively communicate with clients to ensure clear expectations and facilitate decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, UI/UX)
• Prepare meeting summaries, document key decisions and action items, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize and actively engage in meetings with clients, ensuring all necessary discussions are held.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to project teams and monitor project progress.
• Provide regular reports to management on the project status.
• Analyse project performance and risks continuously, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Escalate barriers and issues promptly for timely resolution.
• Monitor adherence to project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyse project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Achieve project goals within the defined time and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Technical Project Manager in software/technology projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with modern technologies (REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
