Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include managing client communications, identifying opportunities for growth within accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. The role also requires monitoring project progress, addressing client concerns, and maintaining long-term partnerships that foster mutual success.
