Role Description

This is a full-time Salesperson role located on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets by promoting the organization’s English Language Programs. Other key responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, following up with leads, maintaining a customer database, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate and nurture prospects. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and accurately documenting sales activities are also essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data entry
• Time management and organizational skills to meet sales quotas
• Familiarity with the education and language-learning industry is a plus
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic considered an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
