Role Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling all front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing appointments, welcoming guests, and assisting with administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, and organizing paperwork
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Proven Customer Service abilities to provide a welcoming and helpful experience
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Basic knowledge of office software and equipment operation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus
