Job Description:

• Prepare comprehensive technical submittals, including detailed shop drawings, technical datasheets, and mechanical calculations.
• Coordinate the RFQ process by communicating with suppliers and analyzing offers to ensure they meet technical specs and project budgets.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities, cost estimations, and quantity surveying for mechanical tenders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ Years of experience in Technical Office role specifically in the field of Fire-fighting systems
• Previous experience in Fire-fighting, HVAC and plumbing systems is a must
• Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Elite, Revit, MS Office
• Have a high commitment level and ability to work in a team environment
• Good command of English language
