Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production areas.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze operational KPIs and develop action plans for sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Support building a strong continuous improvement culture across the plants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience years from 4 to 6 (FMCG manufacturing operations background is a must)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
• Experience in productivity improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or operational reporting systems.
